On 08/01/2024, the Governor issued a State of Emergency in these following Florida Counties: Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Brevard, Calhoun, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Collier, Columbia, DeSoto, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Glades, Gulf, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Lee, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Monroe, Nassau, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington counties. If you require an early refill of a prescription, you may go to your pharmacy, and they will provide a 30- day supply if you live in a county affected by the State of Emergency.

 If you service members in one of these counties, please note that FCC will make emergency updates to configuration and processing rules to avoid suspending or denying claims for covered services which require authorization for the period of time as defined by the order. FCC will furnish covered services to an enrollee without any form of authorization, without regard to whether such services are provided by a participating or non-participating provider and without regard to service limitations.
